We have loved watching “Elvis” grow up over the time that we have had him. Since importing him, he started out his show career with a professional rider in order to show him the ropes in the Hunter and Jumper rings. He successfully showed at The Lake Placid Horse Show, HITS Saugerties, Princeton Show Jumping and the Mid Atlantic Equitation Festival. In the summer of 2018, Elvis was leased to a 12-year-old child to compete in the 2’6 and eventually the 3′ and 3’3 Equitation. After a very short period of time in the 2’6, the pair moved up to the 3′. Over their time together thus far, they have earned 6 Championships at “A” rated horse shows. Most recently earning a big win in the THIS Medal at the Mid Atlantic Equitation Festival in November 2018 as well as earning the Championship in the Intermediate Equitation Overall awards. Elvis has become the horse to beat in the Equitation ring!
